ACS NLCRT Leadership Nominations

Nominations Open for the ACS NLCRT Steering Committee

Form Submissions Due by Friday, August 8, 2025

The ACS National Lung Cancer Roundtable (ACS NLCRT) acts as a catalyst to stimulate work around mission critical lung cancer priorities, and our work is guided with direction, input, and leadership from the dedicated members of the ACS NLCRT Steering Committee. Learn more about the responsibilities and process below.

We are grateful to all individuals who are willing to put themselves forward as nominees. Serving on the Steering Committee is a considerable commitment, and Steering Committee members play a vital role in the work and success of the ACS NLCRT. As an elected position, the process for joining the ACS NLCRT Steering Committee is competitive. Preferred candidates are often established or emerging leaders in the field of lung cancer and offer the roundtable and its membership extraordinary subject matter expertise, professionalism, and diverse perspective across the lung cancer continuum.

Nominees can be self-selected or nominated by another representative of a participating ACS NLCRT member organization. Representatives from our Corporate or Affiliate member organizations may not serve on the Steering Committee, but they may nominate other candidates.

Those elected to the Steering Committee will serve a two-year term, renewable for one additional consecutive term. A former Steering Committee member can be eligible for reconsideration after one year off the Committee.

If you are interested in submitting your name to the Nominating Committee for consideration or would like to nominate someone, please read more about the role and process before applying through the form below.
