Dr. Drew Moghanaki is Professor, Chief of Thoracic Oncology, and the Stanley
Iezman and Nancy Stark Endowed Chair in Thoracic Radiation Oncology
Research at the UCLA Department of Radiation Oncology. He has a joint
appointment in the Veterans Health Administration where he leads over $50
million in lung cancer early detection and clinical trial activities, including the
VA Partnership to Increase Access to Lung Screening (VA-PALS) and phase III
randomized clinical trial evaluating SBRT for operable stage I lung cancer
(VALOR). He is a member of the steering committee and scientific advisory
boards of the National Lung Cancer Roundtable, LUNGevity Foundation, and
GO2 Foundation for Lung Cancer.
