The American Cancer Society National Lung Cancer Roundtable (ACS NLCRT) will convene its 2026 Annual Meeting on December 6-8, 2026 , in Chicago, IL , at the Loews Chicago Hotel.
This year’s meeting, The Power of Partnership to Change the Face of Lung Cancer: ACS NLCRT at 10 Years and Into the Future, marks 10 Years of Impact: Charting the Next Chapter in Lung Cancer .
For one decade, ACS NLCRT has brought together leaders across healthcare, public health, advocacy, industry, and communities to advance lung cancer prevention and screening. The 2026 Annual Meeting will honor that legacy by recognizing the progress made, the partnerships built, and the champions who helped shape the field. Then, we will look ahead to the work still needed to reduce lung cancer mortality and eliminate disparities.

Q: Why are there only two (2) representatives from each member organization invited this year?
A: Now that we have 20 0+ member organizations, we want to en sure every member who is able to send a representative to the 202 6 ACS NLCRT Annual Meeting can.
Q: Will there be an opportunity for a third representative to register if space is available?
A: If space allows, we may invite member organizations to register an additional representative . We will make this decision by mid October , but we do expect registration to reach capacity early.
Q: I didn’t receive my invitation after searching my inbox and spam mailbox. What next?
A: Your specialized invitation will come through our automated event platform, Cvent, from
[email protected] . The email will have the subject line, “Your Invite to the 2026 ACS NLCRT Annual Meeting” and was first sent at 12pm ET on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Please search your inbox and spam filters for both the email address and subject line before reaching out to us.

A: We invite you to fill out the application to become a member here . Because capacity is limited , we will be prioritizing our current members . There is no guarantee that we can review your application and offer provisional invitations but may be able to do so depending on registration numbers.
Q: Will registration be accepted on site?
A: No, we will not be able to accommodate walk ins or on-site registration.
Q: Where and when will the 2026 ACS NLCRT Annual Meeting be held?
A: The 2026 ACS NLCRT Annual Meeting will be held in Chicago, IL at the
Loews Chicago Hotel , located at 455 North Park Drive in downtown Chicago’s vibrant Streeterville neighborhood. The hotel is conveniently located just 25 minutes from the Chicago O’Hare International Airport by taxi or ride share.
Q: Is there a room block for the 2026 ACS NLCRT Meeting and if so, when does it close?
A: Yes! There is a room block at the Lowes Chicago Hotel which closes October 30, 2026 . When attendees register through their personalized link, they will have an opportunity to book within the room block in the Cvent platform . Rooms within the block are $129 plus taxes and fees. You will not immediately receive a confirmation email as rooms in the block are submitted in bulk in late October with confirmations coming in late November from the hotel.

A: Substitutions are permitted for individuals from the same organization. To substitute a registration, email [email protected] with the name of the original registrant and the name and email of the person substituting. Substitutions must be requested by 11:59pm ET on November 2 , 202 6 .
Q: Are you accepting sponsorship for the ACS NLCRT Annual Meeting?
A: We no longer have an Annual Meeting sponsorship program and instead have moved to a more comprehensive model allowing partners to support the ACS NLCRT through Annual Sponsorship. This also allows for expanded engagement and recognition throughout the duration of the year.
